A self-confessed – and recognised among friends – foodie, with a partner who can hoover up Danish pastries for breakfast, it can often be difficult balancing the enjoyment of real food with a healthy lifestyle. About a year ago, I started exercising more and with that came the natural inclination to make healthier food choices in the hope of striking that balance.
